Each Intrique product is handwoven by skilled artisans from various regions of India. We collaborate directly with weaver clusters to ensure authenticity, fair practices, and heritage craftsmanship.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery timelines:

3. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we don't ship worldwide.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not accept returns as each piece is handcrafted. Exchanges are accepted only if:

5. Are slight imperfections normal in your products?
Yes. Variations in weave, texture, or color are natural characteristics of handmade products. They make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
