Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of confirmation. Each product is carefully packed using eco-friendly materials to ensure minimal environmental impact. -
Domestic & International Shipping:
We ship across India and worldwide. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:-
Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders must be borne by the customer.
Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged in transit (with unboxing video as proof), or

The product received is not the same as ordered
To request an exchange:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item

Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition received

Share your order details and unboxing video via email
We will assess your request and coordinate the next steps promptly.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons related to color variations or minor imperfections, as these are part of the handwoven process and make each piece unique.
